We want you to feel confident ordering from Leo. If something isn't right, reach out and we'll make it right.

Leo Kit returns

If you're not satisfied with your Leo Kit for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll send you return instructions. The kit must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving those instructions.

To be eligible for a return, the kit must be unused, undamaged, and in resellable condition with all original materials included. If items are missing, opened, or damaged, we may reduce the refund amount or decline the return.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Original shipping charges are not refundable, even if free shipping was offered at checkout. If free shipping was applied to your order, we will deduct the actual outbound shipping cost from your refund.

Please do not refuse delivery or mark a package return to sender — we cannot accept those returns and the carrier may charge us a fee. Contact us first and follow the instructions we provide. Returns sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

If your Leo Kit was purchased with a Digital Companion included, the return window applies to the physical kit only. Because digital access is granted at the time of purchase, requesting a return of the physical kit means you agree to delete any digital files or access provided with your order. Digital access is non-refundable.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the right item is to return what you have and place a new order separately once the return is accepted. We do not process direct exchanges.

Damaged or defective items

Please inspect your order upon receiving it. If your Leo Kit arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. Keep all packaging until the issue is resolved. We will repair or replace affected items at no cost to you.

Digital products

Digital products sold through this site are delivered electronically upon confirmed payment. Because digital products are made available immediately upon purchase, all digital sales are final and not eligible for return or refund. If you experience a technical issue preventing access, contact us and we will make it right.

Refund processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at mike@walkwithleo.com.

Cancellations

We process orders quickly. If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process if eligible.

Address errors

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for losses or delays caused by an incorrect address entered at checkout.

Coupons and pricing

Discount codes must be entered at checkout. We cannot apply coupons retroactively or adjust pricing after an order is placed.
