Shipping policy

This policy applies to physical orders of the Leo Kit shipped within the United States. Digital products sold through this site are delivered electronically upon confirmed payment — no shipping applies.

Shipping rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.

Processing time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of confirmed payment. During higher-volume periods, processing may take a few additional days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Carriers

We ship via USPS and UPS. The carrier for your order will be confirmed in your shipping notification email.

Delivery estimates

Delivery times vary by destination and carrier. Estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout and in your shipping confirmation. These are estimates only — we cannot guarantee delivery dates once an order is in the carrier's hands.

US only

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or misdelivery caused by an incorrect address entered at checkout. If you realize you've made an error, contact us as quickly as possible and we'll do our best to help before the order ships.

Lost or stolen packages

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for loss or theft. If your package goes missing in transit before delivery is confirmed, contact us and we will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf and work with you to determine next steps.
