You agree not to use the site in any way that is unlawful, harmful, or disruptive to others. Products and purchases
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason and will notify you if an order is cancelled or changed. Your order is not accepted until we confirm it and process payment. Please review your order carefully before submitting, as we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after acceptance.
Digital products
Digital products sold through this site are delivered electronically upon confirmed payment. Because digital products are made available immediately upon purchase and their content cannot be returned, all digital sales are final. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing a digital product you have purchased, contact us and we will make it right.
Physical products (Leo Kit)
For the Leo Kit, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right. To be eligible for a return, the kit must be unused and in resellable condition with all original materials included. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We will deduct any original shipping costs from your refund even if free shipping was offered at checkout. Please do not refuse delivery or mark a package return to sender, as returns must follow the instructions we provide.
If your Leo Kit was purchased with a Digital Companion included, the return window applies to the physical kit only. Because the Digital Companion is delivered electronically at the time of purchase, requesting a return of the physical kit means you agree to delete any digital files or access provided with your order. Digital access is non-refundable.
If your kit arrives damaged, contact us within 30 days with your order number and photos of the damage. Keep all packaging until the issue is resolved. We will repair or replace damaged items at no cost to you.
Prices and billing
Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed, as shown in your order confirmation. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete payment information and to promptly update it as needed.
Shipping
Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control. We are not responsible for losses resulting from an incorrect address provided at checkout. Once we transfer a product to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any Leo content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
