"I wish I'd had this when my mom died three years ago. We spent days just trying to hunt down the family trust papers."

— Lori D.

When something happens, decisions don't wait.

When an emergency happens or a loved one passes, family members are often left to make quick decisions on little information.

Often, documents exist but nobody can find them, nobody knows what to do first, and the person who had all the answers isn't there.

A system built around what your family will need to do, not just what they'll need to find.

The Leo Kit has 14 color-coded sections covering every category your loved ones would have to act on when something happens: immediate contacts, legal documents, bank accounts, property, health records, final wishes, and more. Everything is labeled, sequenced, and ready before it's needed.

Whoever opens it knows where to start.

The tabs guide the person stepping in: You don't have to figure out what to do first. The kit walks you through.

68 worksheets. A grab-and-go pouch.

A guide for whoever opens it.

The kit includes color-coded key rings for spare keys, a Leo Pouch for the documents someone would need first, and a Start Here guide written for both you and whoever opens it after you. Most people start with one section and come back to the rest.

Two versions. One system.

"It's one place where my family can find everything they need. If something happens to me, it's all right here. You don't have to go looking elsewhere."

"It's so pretty and well thought out that I want to use it... but what I keep thinking about is how I feel — a sense of security and relief, knowing everything is taken care of."

Sherry Arnold

Built after loss. Designed for what comes next.

In January 2025, my son Cameron died by suicide. He was 21. In those first days, I had dozens of urgent decisions to make when I could barely think straight, and it wasn't the first time.

Over the past sixteen years I helped my family navigate the deaths of my dad, mom, father-in-law, my wife's stepmom, and my 42-year-old brother Brad, who left behind a wife and four kids. Nobody should have to get good at this. But I did.

Families are left on their own at exactly the wrong moment, without tools that match what they're actually facing.

I'm building Leo to give people those tools to ease a little of the burden on the worst days of their lives.
