How long does it take to fill out?
Most people start with the Getting Started section, about 15 to 30 minutes, and work through the rest over a few weeks. There's no required order. The kit is designed for real life, which means fragmented time and uneven motivation. Small progress counts.
How does shipping work?
We ship within the United States only, via USPS or UPS. Orders ship within 5 to 7 business days of purchase, and carrier transit time is on top of that. You'll get a confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout.
