When someone dies or lands in the hospital, the people closest to them have to piece everything together at once: where the accounts are, who to call, which bills are due, whether there's a will, and what they would have wanted. Most of it was never written down in one place.

When two people share a home, that job usually falls to the one left behind. And often only one of you knows where most things are.

The Leo Kit for Two is one fillable PDF for both of you. The things you share, like the house, the bills, the bank accounts, and the insurance, get written down once. Each of you also gets your own pages for your documents, your medical record, where your will and powers of attorney are kept, and your wishes. Fill in what you know now and come back to add more. Delivered instantly.

What families say about the Leo Kit

★★★★★

"This past year, I lost my mom unexpectedly. She had always managed everything for my parents' household, and after she passed, we quickly realized just how much information lived only with her. My dad didn't even know how to log into their bank accounts."

Natalie Devine
★★★★★

"After my stepdad died, dozens of people spent weeks sorting through his boxes to find basic essentials, like car titles. My mom is now a widow and I bought her the Leo Kit as a gift to her AND me."

Crystalee Beck
★★★★★

"I had most of this information in my own created format, but it was unwieldy. This kit puts all the information in a simplified yet detailed format. It also asked for data I had not even thought to include."

What's inside

66 Worksheets, One File
14 sections in one 210-page fillable PDF. Type into it and save, or print the pages and fill them in by hand.

Fits the Physical Leo Kit
The same 14 sections and 66 worksheets as the Leo Kit box, so printed pages slip straight into the matching folder.

Shared Pages for Both of You
The things you share, like the home, the bills, the bank accounts, and the insurance, only need to be written down one time, not once for each of you.

Your Own Pages, for Each of You
Some things belong to just one person, like important documents, a will, and personal wishes, so each of you gets your own pages for them.

Medical Information for Each of You
Each person has their own medical pages, ready to hand to an emergency room or bring to a doctor's appointment: allergies, medications, current conditions, and medical history.

Guidance for Whoever Steps In
"Start Here After a Loss" and the Immediate Tasks Checklist walk your family through the first hours, days, and months. They follow the chapters of the Leo Guide, sold separately.

A Checklist for the One Left Behind
Includes a section on what may need to be updated after a loss, like beneficiaries, powers of attorney, the will, and joint accounts.

Common questions

How do I get it after I buy it?
You'll get a download link by email right after checkout. Save the file to your computer, tablet, or cloud storage.

What do I need to fill it out?
A computer or tablet works best for a file this size. Any PDF reader that supports fillable forms will do, including the free Adobe Acrobat Reader and Preview on a Mac. Or print the pages and fill them in by hand.

Where do I start?
You don't need to fill in everything at once. Begin with Immediate Actions and Contacts and Legal and Estate, the pages your family would need first. Save the file, and come back to add more whenever you have a few minutes.

Do we each need our own copy?
No. One file covers both of you.

Is my information private?
Yes. This is just a file. Nothing you type is sent to us or stored on our servers.

Is this a legal document?
No. It's a personal record that tells your family what you have and where the originals are kept. It doesn't create a will, trust, or power of attorney. For those, talk with an attorney, if you have one. I'm not a lawyer or financial advisor.

What if I have trouble with the download?
Because the file is delivered right away, digital purchases are final. If you have any trouble opening or downloading it, reach out through our contact page and I'll make it right.

After the first Leo Kit came out, customers kept telling me there wasn't a good place to keep both people's information. A two-person household usually has two birth certificates, two wills, two healthcare powers of attorney, and two lists of medications. So I rebuilt the Leo Kit. The things you share get written down once, and each person gets their own pages for the things that are theirs alone.
