When someone dies or lands in the hospital, the people closest to them have to piece everything together at once: where the accounts are, who to call, which bills are due, whether there's a will, and what they would have wanted. Most of it was never written down in one place.

When two people share a home, that job usually falls to the one left behind. And often only one of you knows where most things are.

The Leo Kit for Two bundle gives you both formats. The fillable PDF arrives right after checkout, so you can start typing, saving, and updating right away. The Leo Kit box follows with both of your pages printed and sorted into its folders, ready to keep on a shelf where your family would look first. The things you share get written down once, and each of you gets your own pages for what belongs to just one person.

What families say about the Leo Kit

★★★★★

"This past year, I lost my mom unexpectedly. She had always managed everything for my parents' household, and after she passed, we quickly realized just how much information lived only with her. My dad didn't even know how to log into their bank accounts."

Natalie Devine
★★★★★

"After my stepdad died, dozens of people spent weeks sorting through his boxes to find basic essentials, like car titles. My mom is now a widow and I bought her the Leo Kit as a gift to her AND me."

Crystalee Beck
★★★★★

"I had most of this information in my own created format, but it was unwieldy. This kit puts all the information in a simplified yet detailed format. It also asked for data I had not even thought to include."

What's inside

In your inbox

The Leo Kit for Two PDF
The same 66 worksheets in one fillable file, delivered right after checkout. Type into it and save, update it anytime, and reprint any page when something changes.

Shared Pages for Both of You
The things you share, like the home, the bills, the bank accounts, and the insurance, only need to be written down one time, not once for each of you.

Your Own Pages, for Each of You
Some things belong to just one person, like important documents, medical information, a will, and personal wishes, so each of you gets your own pages for them.

Help for Whoever Steps In
"Start Here After a Loss" and the Immediate Tasks Checklist walk your family through the first hours, days, and months, and a final section covers what to update after a loss. They follow the chapters of the Leo Guide, sold separately.

In the box

Water-Resistant File Box
A plastic file box that holds every folder and keeps everything together on a shelf until someone needs it. Accepts a padlock for added security.

14 Color-Coded Hanging Folders
One for each section, with printed tab labels, from finances and legal to health, digital life, and personal wishes.

Printed Pages for Both of You
All 210 pages of the Leo Kit for Two, printed and sorted into 66 file folders inside the hanging folders. Shared pages and each person's own pages sit together in the same folder.

Common questions

Do we need two kits?
No. One kit holds both of you. Shared pages and each person's own pages sit together in the same folders.

When will it arrive?
The box ships within 5 to 7 business days, and shipping cost is calculated at checkout. The PDF doesn't wait for shipping. You'll get a download link by email right after checkout.

What do I need to fill out the PDF?
A computer or tablet works best for a file this size. Any PDF reader that supports fillable forms will do, including the free Adobe Acrobat Reader and Preview on a Mac.

Where do I start?
You don't need to fill in everything at once. Begin with Immediate Actions and Contacts and Legal and Estate, the pages your family would need first, and come back to the rest whenever you have a few minutes.

Is my information private?
Yes. The PDF is just a file. Nothing you type is sent to us or stored on our servers.

Is this a legal document?
No. It's a personal record that tells your family what you have and where the originals are kept. It doesn't create a will, trust, or power of attorney. For those, talk with an attorney, if you have one. I'm not a lawyer or financial advisor.

What if something isn't right?
Reach out through our contact page and I'll make it right. Details on returns are in our refund policy.

After the first Leo Kit came out, customers kept telling me there wasn't a good place to keep both people's information. A two-person household usually has two birth certificates, two wills, two healthcare powers of attorney, and two lists of medications. So I rebuilt the Leo Kit. The things you share get written down once, and each person gets their own pages for the things that are theirs alone.
